The children from Christ our Hope Orphanage in Liberia sent this nice group photo so you could see their happy smiling faces! We love these kids, the director and his wife, and and all of the dedicated and caring staff. It is a very special place, and the children are fortunate to have such good care. Orphan Cry just had the monthly rice supply delivered at the time this photo was taken. Thank you for helping us to assist in meeting their needs.

Orphan Cry Participates in Leadership Conference

Orphan Cry Ministries recently had the privilege of participating in the Davis College Pastors and Church Leaders workshop featuring Dr. Dino Pedrone, President of Davis College. Orphan Cry was in good company with a number of other excellent local and worldwide ministry outreach programs. This was a great opportunity for our organization to network with many churches and other ministries. The focus of the training was on mentoring future church leaders. Davis College is doing an awesome job in preparing future Christian leaders. We appreciate the opportunity we had to be a part of this special event. www.orphancry.org

Christmas Smiles
Thanks to the generous donations of many, Orphan Cry was able to provide support for Christmas activities in several regions of the Russian Federation and Liberia, West Africa. Christmas is such a wonderful time to share our faith and demonstrate the real reason for the season. In Russia, Christmas is celebrated in January based on the Orthodox calendar, so we are blessed to have two Christmas' each year!

Orphan Cry prepares Care-Paks for Children
(Sorting candies to sweeten our Care-Paks)
Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped sort, pack, label, and address a large quantity of Care-Pak parcels destined for orphanages throughout the Russian Federation. The Care-Paks contained an assortment of winter clothing, toys, hot chocolate mix, hard candy, hair accessories and a special gift for the orphanage directors.
We would like to express special thank you's to Dale M. from the Hawleyton UMC who hand knitted 90 winter hats which were included in our Care-Paks; as well as to Elaine J. who also provides us with beautiful hand made outfits and accessories for the children.

Orphan Cry at Davis College International Festival

Orphan Cry recently had the privilege of participating in Davis College's International Mission Festival and sharing our mission activities with the student body. We were in good company with other mission organizations such as Voice of the Martyrs, Samaritan's Purse, Construction for World Evangelism, Mission Peru, The Door, Grace Fabian (Wycliffe Translators), Mission Aviation Fellowship, and Global Outreach Mission, just to name a few.
We have appreciated our longstanding relationship with Davis College and enjoy the interaction with the students. They are a dedicated and enthusiastic group that are certainly destined to impact our world.
